Psion 5 equivalent, Osaris PDA, 'spares or repair'

This PDA doesn't seem to turn on, it may only be a simple fault - I don't know.
The unit is in reasonable condition, there are no big scratches, or signs of being dropped.
The screen is intact, the keyboard is whole and feels 'good'.
