Fire Starter - Magnesium block, flint and striker
The magnesium fire starter will produce a flame source of 2,980 degrees Celsius; enough to ignite even damp tinder.
Scrape magnesium shavings from the block, turn the block over and run the striker down the built-in flint. The sparks will ignite the shavings.
The solid magnesium block is safe and is not combustible as a solid piece. A great tool to take with you on your next camping trip, or to have on hand in your survival or emergency preparedness kit.
